In 2020, Emseni decided to expand their greenhouse operation by 3 hectares, bringing the total size to 12 hectares. Their goal was to become the largest pepper producer in the region. And our job was to help them achieve this dream by building an efficient, large-scale polyhouse that would guarantee record yields of top-quality peppers, 365 days a year.
After designing a cutting-edge solution that would deliver continuous, profitable, and sustainable growing conditions, we broke ground in early 2020 – just as worldwide lockdowns began to disrupt supply chains and construction works. Despite these challenges, we successfully completed the project on time and within budget. The result? In less than 12 months, the polyhouse was operational and producing high quality peppers for the local market – ensuring that Emseni could meet and exceed their targets for 2021 and beyond.
